Hatha Yoga - All Levels



An energetic yoga designed to prepare the mind and body to facilitate dynamic shifts in energy. This Hatha-based practice blends asana (posture) with pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to fine-tune elements of your practice by exploring beginner-intermediate postures safely and sustainably. This class begins to explore the connections between yoga postures and yoga philosophy to broaden your appreciation and understanding of yoga. 15 - 20 minutes of flowing vinyasa yoga sequences with variations. Classes then slow down with various balance, holding postures, and inversions before deep guided relaxation.
